Kevin, As I said on the phone, the headers/y-pipe/muffler removal provided very little gain when installed on a correctly tuned truck (as opposed to the rich stock truck). Without the headers, which is the other configuration we mapped, there’s essentially no change at all compared to stock, and with this configuration the average power change is 0.8%, while the max gain is 2.1% and the minimum gain is -0.4%... all of which are well below the ~3% change “butt dyno” threshold. Both lines have the Unichip installed and tuned for that mechanical state… bottom line on the modifications is that they don’t significantly alter the engine’s ability to breathe. When the truck is too rich, they may contribute something, but when it’s correctly tuned, they only add slightly more power over the stock SC truck. Cheers, Jack
